We are back with another Metrics-Inspired Trivia Raffle scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, February 4th! For this round, we have a new selection of prizes for the winners. Remember to review the meanings of the driver metrics so you can improve your chance of winning – take a look at the scorecards on the trailer and review your personal scores and those of your teammates. If any of the score metrics sound unfamiliar to you, look at the helper scorecard that’s titled “TEAMS REPORT: UNDERSTANDING THE SCORES“. Also, you can always reach out to your team leads or other teammates for help.
To do a quick review, let’s go over the metric “POD“:
POD: Picture on Delivery
To ensure a 100% POD Score, you must:
– capture the package and its surroundings
– be still while capturing the photo
– make sure there’s enough light
– don’t take picture from inside your van (obviously!)
If POD or any other metrics seem fuzzy, just take a moment to review them – understanding these scores helps ensure customer satisfaction and our success as a delivery team!
