Ops Manager, Cierra, hosted the 12/30/2022 STYX Trivia virtually in the STYX DA Chime room on 12/30/2022. There were three questions, one for each prize. Today we’d like to give a shout-out to LisaMarie Noland who sent in a gorgeous landscape of Galena and the Mt. Rose area. LisaMarie claims to have left her vehicle to smell the roses, when she suddenly recognized the amazing picture opportunity to be had. NEW ‘MAPS’ TOOL

Check out the new ‘MAPS’ Tool on the STYX Logistics Homepage. This tool will give you immediate access to about all apartment sitemaps in our new territory in the northern reaches of the Reno-Sparks metropolitan community – each sitemap page will also provide delivery instructions (for example, “Deliver to customer” or “Deliver to Locker”, and so forth).

Just navigate to the ‘Driver’s Portal’ Tab on the top of the page and choose the drop-down for ‘MAPS’. As you scroll down the page you will see a list of all the apartments in our delivery area. Click on the title for your apartment and you will have access to the following: sitemaps, pictures, delivery instructions, and delivery addresses.

Sitemap
Pictures of Apartment
Delivery Instructions
Physical Address of Delivery

Don’t hesitate to reach out to the Operations (dispatch) team as they are always ready to answer any questions you may have. Not all questions can be answered with the MAPS tool, but it’s a useful resource that all Drivers can access directly from the STYX website.

Here’s a glimpse for: 5.) Sky Vista Commons North. Beneath the sitemap are more pictures to help you find your location.
